The Rose Authentic Slims are the ultimate spring shoe. I knew I had to take them outside in the sun for a little photo shoot, and when I came across this awesome rainbow wall while strolling in Brooklyn, I knew I had to pair them together. You can never have too many colors, right? -alyson
Meet Miranda: She and I have been trying to meet up for the past few months and finally got to hang out last week at Central Park. Miranda runs an awesome blog, Real Girls Doing Real Things. She did an interview with me for the blog, and was the sweetest girl. FINALLY it is getting nice outside! Now the spring clothes are here to stay, like the super cute Symboled Tee and high-waisted shorts. One of our favorite trends for this spring is NEON. We even have a Pinterest board dedicated to cute and colorful styles. With such bold colors, it’s easy to make a statement… but how do you wear it right? What I like to do is mix and match some neon pieces with neutrals. Planet Blue’s lookbook The Inbetweeners is making me want summer SO bad… and to be able to rock my Vans with dresses again. I’ll forever be obsessed with the feminine/tomboy mix. I love how they styled the Sk8-Hi and Leopard Authentic Hi. -alyson
Last week, I was in SoHo shopping with a friend when I came across these two girls on the streets. I’m in love with how they style their Authentics- beanies, black skinnies and a cute jacket. I just had to snap their photo. New York girls are always killin’ it when it comes to style.-alyson
One of my favorite pieces from the spring line is the Capital Denim Shorts. We all know that high-waisted shorts have been a trend for a while now, but doubling your style points with the leopard pattern is gonna turn heads. Us East Coasters might have to layer some tights underneath in the meantime, but I don’t mind. I just can’t wait any longer to rock my pair.-alyson
