For the weekend, I escaped New York City to go back home to the suburbs.  I took my cameras for a long walk and found these cute little white flowers to pair with my favorite Snaked Cross-Body Purse.  Putting flowers in my hair just might be my new thing, too.  It’s official: I have spring fever and am loving it. -alyson

What’s In Our Bags?

Want to know a little more about who writes this blog? We dumped out our bags to show you some of our must-haves. Here’s mine first… Amanda’s up next.

[1] Planner and notebook - I have the memory of a goldfish, I won’t remember a thing unless I write it down. [2] Vans Liaison Wallet. [3] iPhone - I’m new to the iPhone game, but I’m glad I made the switch. I’m in love my tortoise phone case by incase. 4. Tissues. [5] FITme! powder foundation - just for a little touch up. [6] Benefit Brow Zings - I swear by this little kit. [7] iPod - Has everything from Nsync to M83, no music phase left behind. [8] Chapstick - I actually have at least two or three at all times. [9] Essential Hair accessories. [10] Uniball Gelstick pen - I can’t leave home without this pen. [11] Clinque Chubby Stick - Tinted lip balms are my answer to everything. [12] Mini lint roller - I have a dog who sheds like crazy, and I wear black almost every day. [13] Keys - I lose them all the time, but my little Sk8-Hi always finds its way back to me. -Rachelle

 

[1] Moleskine Planner, seriously lost without it. [2] iPad to work on the go. [3] Pop4 camera, I always have some sort of silly lomo camera in my bag. I think I own about ten now haha. [4] iPhone with the studded case I made. [5] The actual bag is the Vans Westbrook Hobo bag. [6] Physician’s Formula face powder is light and great. I use it with the Sonia Kashuk travel brush and oil blotting sheets. Plus I have withdrawls without Carmex and hair ties haha. [7] Little black wallet & I can’t remember where it’s from. [8] Altoids smalls. [9] Ray-Ban Sunglasses. [10] My phone charger because it is constantly dying. [11] My keys with a sk8-hi of course. [12] It’s a contact case but I use it to hold my rings and jewelery in my bag. -Amanda
