We had such a rad time at Coachella last weekend hanging out with our friends, seeing bands, and shooting photos… After saying goodbye to the horses that lived in our desert home’s backyard, Kathy & I had to make it a full road trip with an In-N-Out cheese fries mission & a stop at the giant dinosaurs off the 10 freeway. It’s so hard to say goodbye! I know festival life isn’t for everyone, but it’s always on Sunday when I realize how special it is to be immersed in this music culture. I lurked around the grounds to find people in their true element, lounging and raging all at once. I also took some time to ogle Kurt Vile from the front row. What a dreamboat. Note to self: never walk aimlessly into the DoLab, you will get hosed. -kathy
Coachella Day 3 was kind of a tough one for our crew. We got there in the late afternoon just in time for the winds to kick up and the start of what was going to turn into an insane dust storm by the time the WU Clan took the stage. I couldn’t even shoot really because so much dust was coating my lens between shots. So bummed on that! Here’s a few before the madness. It was such a great weekend overall, thanks as always Coachella. -amanda
On our style search, we ran into our sweet friend Chloe from HollywoodLife. She’s at Coachella for the first time this year and we were psyched to capture her festival style. She was really excited to catch 2 Chainz and Postal Service. Style-wise she was digging all the fringe bikinis and booty shorts, which were indeed running rampant all day. I got to the festival a little later for Day 2 after a morning of pool lounging and internet using at the Vans house. I checked out a few sets and some of the style scene before meeting up with the rest of our crew. Stay tuned for more! -amanda

The girls at Coachella are always killing the style game. It was particularly hot yesterday for Day 1 but here’s a few girls I spotted rocking their Vans, each in their own way. -amanda
